A consultation is required before any injectable treatment. It's your chance to ask questions, share your health history and hear an honest recommendation, with no pressure to go ahead.
The £20 consultation fee is redeemable against your treatment if you decide to book one.
Your appointment.
A personal consultation plan appointment is required before booking any anti-wrinkle or filler appointment. You'll sit down with us for around 30 minutes in our calm Norton salon. We'll ask about your health, any medication and previous treatments, look at the areas you're concerned about, and explain your options.
If treatment is suitable and you'd like to go ahead, we'll plan the next step together.

Do I need a consultation first?
Yes. A personal consultation plan appointment is required before booking any anti-wrinkle or filler appointment, and an in-person consultation is required before any injectable treatment. The £20 consultation fee is redeemable against your treatment.
How soon will I see results from anti-wrinkle treatment?
It's not instant. You'll notice a reduction in movement over the 2 weeks after treatment. We advise having the treatment every 3–4 months to maintain results.
How long do dermal fillers last?
Fillers can last anywhere from 6 to 18 months, depending on the area treated, your metabolism and environmental factors.
Is there a follow-up?
Yes. A review appointment is free, so we can check how things have settled.

Yes. Gift vouchers are available for every treatment, can be any value, are emailed to you or the person you're treating, and are valid for 12 months from purchase.
